Whether we’re working on a small house extension or garage conversion right through to commercial-level work or even new build housing developments, we take every sustainable step possible to ensure eco-friendly efficiency at every turn.

We do this through a wide range of different means, spanning across the initial design phases and right through into the building stages depending on the services you choose with us, enabling us to be truly innovative in your project every step of the way.

Any sustainable architecture should ideally be incorporated right from the very beginning of the project, and that’s something we prioritise in our sustainable architectural services no matter what size client or project we are working with.

We look at the scope of work itself, the existing situation, any potential for retrofitting, the most applicable technologies, building materials, and everything in between all to give you the options that you have on the table working in line with your budget and specific requirements, both for the long and short term.

Thanks to the aim of carbon neutrality across the UK, carbon efficiency has never been bigger in the UK architectural and construction industries. From low impact construction methods to locally sourced materials, low carbon options are becoming more and more prevalent in architecture across Birmingham, Solihull and the west Midlands alike.

Things like modern glazing technologies and thermodynamic efficiencies alongside ideas taken from passive heating by retaining heat in colder seasons and blocking it in warmer conditions all contribute to a more efficient structure that will stay that way for decades.
